Educational Programming and Community Outreach

Community Outreach and Community Partnerships

Our goal is to makes arts education accessible to everyone, and we would like to partner with all of our cultural neighbors. We support unique learning opportunities by placing professional teaching artists in the classroom as well as local community organizations to deepen arts knowledge, enhance teachers’ curriculum, and to offer professional development in various arts disciplines.

Arts Education Programs for Youth

Our Class Acts Educational Performance Series offers teachers in surrounding counties the opportunity to bring schoolchildren on a field trip to experience live theater. Our programs align with the State of Florida Standards and teach classroom subjects to school children through a performance arts experience in a world-class theater. Many whom we serve would not otherwise have such an opportunity. Scholarships are provided to ensure access for schools that are designated as Title I.

Speakers Bureau

We have a group of dynamic speakers who are ready to make presentations to your school, your place of business, or your favorite civic organization to ignite conversations about the importance of the arts and why performing arts are so important in education.
