Kids Shows

Bill Edwards Foundation for the Arts has served more than 145,000 schoolchildren through the Class Acts Educational Performance Series in the last seven years. We believe that arts education is essential to a well-rounded education and that the arts are critical to creative thinking and creative problem solving as well as unlocking the imagination. Through this series, we ensure that students are engaged in and inspired by arts all throughout the school year.

This unique program is designed to enhance students’ learning experiences through a live theater performance. Teacher Resource Guides are provided to educators with pre and post-activities that are aligned to the Florida Standards.  We serve students, families, and schools with economic challenges from all throughout Tampa Bay. Through our Admission and Transportation Scholarship Program, we ensure every child has the chance to attend a show.
